Luigi Enriquez directs the bass choir (Bass Choir), the select treble choir (Virtuosa), the varsity show choir (Good Time Company Show Choir), and the pop acapella ensemble (Vox Novus). Mr. Enriquez also serves as the Coordinator of Music Ministry at St. Thomas More Church in Coralville, IA. He currently appears on choral rosters for “Stacey V Gibbs and Just Music,” a professional choir led by renowned composer, Stacey V. Gibbs, and “The American Spiritual Ensemble,” led by acclaimed conductor Everett McCorvey; the ASE is a worldwide performing group which commits to aiding in the preservation of American negro spirituals, as well as African American history through Jazz and Broadway.

Mr. Enriquez is a graduate of Luther College, where he studied viola and voice, and was involved with opera, vocal jazz, orchestra, and sang in multiple choirs including the Luther College Nordic Choir.

Mr. Enriquez was the 15th recipient of the Brudos Prize in Opera Performance; selected by senior voice faculty based on quality of performance and promise, given each year to an outstanding opera performance student in their senior year.
